Core Skills Training

Go Beyond Learning EFT.
Experience It.

In our Core Skills Training, you'll deepen your ability to use Emotionally Focused Therapy through hands-on practice, experiential exercises, role-plays, and videotaped clinical examples.

In a supportive small-group environment, you'll practice facilitating conversations that help couples move toward greater safety, secure attachment, closeness, and connection. You'll learn to recognize, access, and deepen emotion while developing the ability to attune to your clients with curiosity, wonder, and compassion.

You'll also have opportunities to observe your own and your peers' clinical work through video, receive individualized feedback, and learn directly from experienced EFT Therapists and Supervisors.

Emotions are the music of the relational dance. Together, we'll learn to tune our ears to that music and develop the skills to help couples create a new dance, one grounded in safety, connection, and intimacy.
